Cottages will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Maximum occupancy of either cottage is 3 adults. Children are welcome. Weekly prices are based on an occupancy of 3 persons. A surcharge of £ 10 may be made if further bed linen is used.
Bed and Breakfast and short breaks (2, 3 or 4 night) are also available. Please contact the owners for details of prices.
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit of £ 50. The balance of the fees is normally due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Bookings may be subject to cancellation if the balance is not received by the date due.
Any fees paid will be returned in the event of cancellation being notified in writing more than 8 weeks before the holiday is due to commence. 50% of fees paid will be returned if cancellations are notified less than 6 weeks before the holiday. In the event of cancellations being notified between 8 and 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, any fees paid less an administration charge of £ 25 will be returned. It is recommended that holidaymakers take out insurance to protect themselves against losses due to unforseen circumstances.
The holidaymaker undertakes to keep the premises and its contents in the same state of repair as at the start of the holiday and to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The cost of any damage or breakages must be paid to the property owner. An additional charge may be levied if additional cleaning is required.
In the event of any problems arising during the holiday, the holidaymaker should immediately bring these to the attention of the owners who will endeavour to rectify matters as quickly as possible.
